The King Village project is a multi-phased redevelopment that will transform the former King Elementary School into a thriving, mixed-income community. The project includes the development of affordable single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments, along with 16,308 sq. ft. of commercial space for local businesses. Key community amenities, such as green spaces, a gym, and a media center, will enhance the quality of life for Muskegon Heights residents.
